The vibrant decor and unique art pieces throughout the hotel truly reflect the local culture, creating a charming and inviting atmosphere.
One minor downside was the lack of an elevator, which made it a bit challenging to navigate my heavy suitcase.

I was in town for a church wedding and stayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe Double Room. The delightful morning breakfasts were a highlight. each day featured fresh, unique dishes made to order, including delicious chilaquiles. I also appreciated the tranquil ambiance while still being just a short walk from the lively shopping and dining options near the center of Tlaquepaque. The inviting decor and homely feel really made my stay special!

Arriving at Casa Alfareros felt like stepping into a vibrant family home. The decor radiates warmth with vivid colors and unique art pieces that reflect the local culture. Waking up to a made-to-order breakfast was a delight—the chilaquiles and hot coffee were exceptional, making mornings a highlight. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk from the heart of Tlaquepaque, allowing me to easily explore shops and restaurants. However, managing my suitcase was tricky due to the absence of an elevator. opting for a ground-level room might be advisable for those with heavy luggage. Overall, I found Casa Alfareros to be a charming haven with attentive staff, though some aspects regarding luggage handling could be improved.

Family friendly retreat
We had a gorgeous room that felt just like home, with vibrant colors and comfortable space. The staff welcomed us with open arms and even arranged an Uber after my poor Spanish failed me, it was nice to feel supported.
It wasn’t necessarily cheap but, you get what you pay for.

I really loved how each room is like a piece of art, and the made-to-order breakfast was a delicious treat to start the day! There are also options for a full body massage and a lovely sun terrace to relax on. The only downside was navigating the stairs with my suitcase, so I’d recommend asking for a ground-level room. 😊

A bit challenging with a heavy suitcase as there are no elevators. consider requesting a ground-level room if stairs are an issue.
